Dunno why it has a reset button, since the Amigas are resetted with a key combination (!?!)

it is indeed possible to reset the tower amiga through the switch. all the info that you need to do this is found in this archive on aminet:
http://ftp.plig.org/pub/aminet/hard/hack/A1k2TReset.lha i suggest reading that it should sort your reset problem out. <akira> Not being registered doesn't mean you can be 'cool' and use a signature :P </akira> Last edited by Akira; 08 October 2001 at 19:37. |

Thought I would reply to a nice obsolete thread.
The reset pins are located on the micronik busboards. You cannot use the reset lead without the appropriate busboard. Unless you want to go soldering your A1200 mobo. Sorry for the 6 year wait T0Mi ![]() |

if you dont want to solder on board directly, i can recommend one fo those "pcmcia reset fix" sockets from amigakit
