Rare CD32 Games?

These were all reviewed in CD32 Gamer... but I've certainly never seen them. Were they actually released, and does anyone have them?

Turbo Trax (Reviewed in CD32 Gamer 15)
Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers (Reviewed in CD32 Gamer 17)
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (Reviewed in CD32 Gamer 19)
Watchtower (Reviewed in CD32 Gamer 22)

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo was released in 1996.

But Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers and Watchtower never came out on the CD32. Iīm not sure about Turbo Trax, though.

Hmm. I wonder if CD32 Gamer reviewed CD versions, or the disk version? IIRC, Watchtower was HD installable, so it should be possible to make an unofficial conversion, but I'd love to play turbo trax if it exists...

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo does indeed exists as I have the game boxed besides me but I have not stumbled across the rest you mention except rumors of a Watchtower release which I doubt exists.

I am not really into CD32 games hunting, but if you're looking for obscure CD32 titles, you might want to check :

These titles are Amiga CD-ROM only.

I found an archive called "TurboTraxCD32" on my computer.
I think itīs unofficial but should work on the CD32.

I zoned it. Just give it a try.

Inferno and Cyberwar were two CD32-only titles that although unreleased, must have been very close to completion before being shelved. I wonder if anybody has tried to get hold of them?

Inferno was released on the PC and I suspect the Amiga version only got as far as a running animation from PC footage.

Oh, and from the file.id it looks like it could be a leaked official CD32 copy

Did you try unpacking in WinUAE or a real Amiga? Doing this in Windows via WinRAR will give errors due to file names.

Bad luck.

The file Extra.pak is corrupt.
I tried to replace it with the one from the floppy release.
Itīs not there!

So, this really seems to be the CD32 version.

Is this corrupt file fixable? Could any of the oldschool hackers here repair it? If it *is* the unreleased CD32 version, then it's probably AGA enhanced... making it a worthwhile fix in my opinion

The PC version I know well as I have the CD edition which is probably just like how the CD32 version would have been like if it had been released.

Turbo Trax for CD32 is unlikely to be official, as the people behind the game got ripped off by their publishers, they never got paid as far as I am aware for the Amiga version.
