Mortal KOmbat 2 Shang Tsung Morph
Hi.
Does any one know how to morph into the opponent when playing as Shang Tsung. I know it is possible, I managed to fluke it a couple of times. I know you can only morph into the opponent you are fighting as well. I really only want to know how to morph into Reptile, Scorpian, Subzero. Cheers. |

I havnt played MK 2 for a long time and don't bother looking it up at google... but I have a tiny feeling that Shang Tsung could only morph into other characters on Snes and arcade.. and was left out on the Amiga version..... again, I might be wrong.
redblade, use google to find the moves... |

On the Amiga version, you can only morph into your current opponent.
So say your opponent is Scorpion, you will morph into Scorpion. If it is Kitana, you will morph into Kitana. The morph can be achieved by holding block, and while blocking press away, towards, up, then release the fire button to release the block. So says the shape shifter himself! ![]() |

You can also morpth into Kintaro, but only in a fatality.
On the arcade it was pain to do it, you had to hold punch for THIRTY seconds to do it. So, you actually had to fight the whole 2nd round holding the punch button to do it. For obvius reason, in the Amiga version you don't do it in this way. I know there was as a command to do it, but I don't remember it right now... |
