Just a reminder

I tried the installer and it asks for the correct version.. I guess I don`t have the version or one of the versions it runs with..

afaik the whdload installer works on all versions of swos, if yours doesn't it's either corrupt or you have a rare version

Mmmm ... anybody still have a copy of the HD SWOS ?

I'm in the middle of trying to get my Pythons to work on my laptop and would LOVE to be able to have a (saveable) kick-around

I'm downloading it now.

Does these files just pop into my Amiga HD partition ? Is there anything else I need to get it running ? I don't think I have WHDload .. do I need that ?

just unzip in the hd-games drawer in the harddrives folder in winuae
and click the swos icon inside.
and yes,whdload is required

OK .. thanks for the tips, Lunde. I'll go get whdload ... I think I still have a simple real A1200HD with that setup - just can't remember how I did it !

Now to get those Python Joysticks working through the ports.

Have you got them working ?

currently playing with a one button "the arcade" joystick through an adaptor on my gameport on my soundcard.
i can only make swos run if i tick the box besides "immediate blitter" in the chipset section in winuae (i'am using winuae 1.0) otherwise it runs perfect.
