memory refresh

Hi, It's been a while since I been on here - so much so I forgot my old username.
I'm hoping somone can refresh my memory here. There was a site - a french one I think - where I use to download the games from, but I have forgotten the name of it. All I can remember was it was a site where after downloading one game, if you tried to download another straight away it would put you on hold for roughly 30 seconds or so b4 it started to download. I also remember that half the screenshots of the games it would say: 'Screenshot indisponsible'
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and what the name of this site was. Had alot of my favourite games on it?
Thanks in advance

Lee

I guess the website you're looking for is PlanetEmu (french website, delay of 300 seconds between two downloads, screenshots mostly unavailable).
