One small caveat - it's likely that this adaptor will NOT support the second fire button supported on the Amiga, unless it passes through pin 9 as such. Not that everyone has such a joystick, but I used to use a Genesis/Megadrive pad on my Amiga to play MK with two buttons (B is button1 and C is button2).
