A long way off my best but I've not remembered all the strats yet and it's an early attempt.

Capehorn's prediction is coming true. Quelle surprise. I'd have a better chance against john on Battle Squadron because Hybris feels harder to me. Both really good shmups though. I'll keep trying but will have to at least complete it to have a hope. Not done that before.

I could see myself improving on this with a bit more time as I'm starting to get the hang of it now. I doubt I'll get any more uninterrupted time to have a chance though. I did finally see the fourth stage power up with the last try so I'll take that as a tiny personal victory.

I did manage to squeeze another go in today and things came together quite nicely. A fair bit of luck, but also playing to not get hit a bit more so I could hold on to the powerful weapons for a bit longer. Learning the waves a little bit has also certainly helped.

Solid efforts by everyone and a very close battle between jPV and darkwave. In the end the players starting with a "j" proceed to the final and the two remaining Mercians will fight for Bronze.
