Gurus Dream - Uploaded a old Swedish BBS backup

Hi,

I have uploaded a old BBS backup.

This is from a Swedish BBS located in Stockholm.

Im not 100% sure but this could be the backup from a big BBS called Gurus Dream (6 - 8 nodes). The sysop was named Snuskbuske and was kinda famous on the Swedish scene.

Have fun.

Perfect; and that was definitely the place for it but wanted you as the kind uploader to tell me where you want it

So; now you will find all this on the EAB File Server under: /Commodore_Amiga/Collection/BBS/Gurus Dream

I did get this backup from a friend who was a member in the same demo group and he tells me this is Gurus Dream, but i cant verify it.

So let it say Gurus Dream until someone maybe finds out.

Thanks for the info.

Been looking for TURKMGTR.WRP as I have a floppy version of this trainer that is broken. I'm seeing if I can fix it, but I haven't found a backup of this file yet as most BBSes are either newer than 1990 or that file is missing. It's surprising as the file was spread all over, but no one has a transfer of the game with it.

I'll have to see if that file is on this set.

just another BBS release, crazy. thanks for sharing.
are those txt files the full index of the archive?

@demoniac: I only can find that file once, listed in BoilerRoom archive,
but the tape with that file, is missing. IIRC it was broken.

TURKMGTR.WRP P 27170 09-29-90 spy who loved me giga trainer

I have not touched this backup or index files. This is straight from a DVD backup.

Snuskis! Nice =)

I used to run, I think it was called, "Second Front" near the same time period. That was until I had to do my army service so I turned it over to a friend. When I came back, he had made it rather big so I opened a new one called "Shareware heaven" instead which just had shareware =)

But I remember calling Gurus Dream quite alot.

Nice to hear about old BBS stories. I had a BBS called Crystal Of Darkness for a couple of years. So much fun

ah, ok. can you, or anyone else, list the content of the rar archive?
incase of single files and folders, you should add the list to the archive folder.

The .txt files represents each directory in the .rar file including all files.

Is that enough or do i miss a point here?

Does anyone feel like unpacking the archive on the server? Downloading tens or hundreds of gigabytes to the Amiga in order to access a specific file takes some time and effort.
