23 pin D-SUB female sockets
Okay, you know they are very difficult to find but does anyone know if I can still find such sockets to make a Amiga->scart cable? I would like to buy a few of them just to have them for several reasons (cables for Amiga to 1084, Amiga to Scart etc). Any help is appreciated.

Try www.iec.net. They're US-based, but they're the only vendor I've found. I've successfully ordered DB-23 connectors from them, they do a pretty good job.
Oh, and speaking of US-based, are there any vendors in Canada or the US who sell SCART connectors? |

However I had to tell them 5 times I dont mean a 25 pin one... They have some sort of "casual catalog" and a "extended catalog" - apparently the Conrad-Clerks dont like to look after the extended one. |
