The Saddam Hussein Game

Could not find a single thread about this game, so guessing that not many have played this. So getting help is probably minimal.

However, I'm stuck on the last level. The problem is that the last boss can't be killed (Hussein). I have really tried all I can think of. Shoot him until the ammunition runs out, shoot him in the back/the head, jump on him from the platform above. Perhaps a bad crack again? I used the ADF on the EAB ftp server. I know a IPF exists. But the files on ADF seems to be identical to the IPF.

Someone commented my video on YouTube, said that you must be a American to kill Saddam Hussein. However, it seems that he can not remember how to be that.

Does anyone have any idea how to be a American? Can it be something with the flags? I have no idea what they are for. A manual for this game would really help.

But you have to hurry, it will be harder with Trump now, and it is going to be more difficult to finish this game.

The solution is to use the handcuffs on Saddam Hussein. Thanks to Ivan S for figured it out
