Well the readme in the 1.5 patch states it's 1.5, not 1.4a

Does these updates has a cracks? Other vice you need a game CDrom to cd-drive. I have update, but would like to have cracked one?

Why do you need a cracked one; there's no copy protection or manual text / word input as far as I could see.

...but yes, do you need to have the CD mounted / CDROM device configured otherwise the game will exit.

Well I didn't check 1.4a as 1.5 was indeed 1.5! The Amiga Future link for 1.4 is labelled: Shadow060_v1.4a.lha

The one in the Coleccion Software Commodore Amiga Caviar vol. 05 -by nenet is actually 1.5, so it's been mislabelled!

How to install:

Copy the following files into your TSotTM drawer:

Config

Replace the Y3D in your TSotTM drawer with one of the followings:

Y3D         (Standard executable)
Y3D_LL      (lowlevel.library required [OS 3.1])
Y3D060_LL   (Designed for 68060. Features a smoother landscape but it is
            about 60% slower)

The TSotTM V1.5 patch simply brings the different main execs together from all the previous V1.4 patches into a single archive BUT provides a new update of the config file. It's only the config utility that differs from any of the TSotTM V1.4 patches; none of the main execs have been updated as such in V1.5. Hope that clarifies things for you and anyone else wondering about the bump to V1.5.

At the risk of muddying the waters further () and for future reference, the TSotTM V1.5 patch is actually available on Aminet. The only trouble is that the uploader listed it as V1.4 in the Aminet readme, but it is indeed listed by publisher Titan as V1.5 in the official readme file contained in the archive.

Good-oh, just checking! Needed to straighten it out in my own head too coz I gotta update the HOL entry properly at some stage by including links to the patches. I don't think I picked up on the fact that V1.5 was available on Aminet when I previously updated it 5 years back!

I play with real amigas, so mounting ISOs is possible, but requires ram and CPU power.

I ques I jst stick with cracked version.

Yeah, even in WinUAE I have set 68030 CPU and +200% CPU to make it play decently.

The 5th audio track on the CD-ROM i.e. "The Vault" is awesome

Hi i just want to say thank you for this thread.

I wanted Shadow of the third Moon for an long time but could not get hold of it.

At least i found the Cd Image
Anyway i had all the same Problems getting it to Work.
In the end i bought so called Demon Tools wich would handle all sorts of disk Images.

This was the first one i could find that would read the Image properly and burns all the Audio tracks along with the Data, at least my Version of Nero wouldn't do that and so TSotTM would say that I havent got a disk in my Rom drive.

By the way the Game would only run if it detects the Disk as a read only dev.

After sorting that out and the "copy protection" wouldn't go off anymore I was presented with the Error "wait for disk activity to finish" and the game would crash just before Flight
Since I use a Buddah IDE controller from Icomp my Cd Device should be buddah_atapi.device Infact every other Program that needs the cd Rom drive is happy using it.

TSotTM however wants scsi.device
