Yep, if you switch voltage regulator on the card and clock crystal.

It´s not only the voltage and crystal ...
For Blizzard Cards you also have to change the socket from 040 to 060, then you may also change some GALs, which is the hardest part ! That´s the reason why I haven´t changed from 040 to 060 on my Blizzard 2040 |
