High Density Drive Problem.....
I have a SONY MPF920-E High Density disk drive in my A3000T.
It has an Amtrade Real HD-Drive A357 attachment on the back of it. It mentions this being used with the 4000 but not a 3000....but this shouldn't make any difference, should it ? When i put a disk in,it says DF0:Unreadable. Any ideas.....? Last edited by THX1138; 13 November 2005 at 17:54. |

According to that link it was supplied with a modified TEAC mechanism?
Now you have it plugged into a Sony mechanism. Can you see whether there's any modifications done to it after it left the factory? |
