Pooh! Everything is now perfect!
The problem was that I name the partitions before I transferred the CF card to PC. I put the CF card back to the Amiga and changed the drive to DF0.... I bought another 4gb card today so now I have OS3.5 and OS3.9 on each cf card. I misunderstood what PeterK wrote. Thank you Johnim for all your help, you are amazing!
