problem with HDD LED diodes

I had to build the small PCB with diodes for A1200. It works, but there is a small problem. HDD LED is constantly lit (but not fully), and starts faintly flickering when there is HDD activity. I'm sure the PCB is ok, so the problem is in A1200 or HDD. What could it be?

You have sure that there is no some current passing from Power LED to HDD LED through your circuit? It was better you post some photos from your circuit, maybe when we see it we can help.

yes, the PCB works fine in another A1200, and I checked all traces several times.
