The Return of the Official Amigan Software Website
Yes it's finally back at a new URL, the official Amigan Software website has moved to http://www.users.bigpond.com/james.jacobs/
Please update your bookmarks accordingly, and please spread the word far and wide. New goodies on the new site are Report+ 5.2 (released today), and the official IFF and hardware manufacturer registries. The old site is still online for the time being, but will not be updated anymore. |

Oh Man!
Just got the fright of my life!! I had my volume turned up really loud while I was at your website and then on came that damn annoying midi music. Aaaarrgh. Nearly blew my bloody ear drums out. Lose the music please!!
Apart from this little annoyance it's a really good site. |

I never have my speakers turned up
I always use headphones because the sound quality is always better, no matter how good your speakers are (btw - I ain't talking about shitty cheap headphones. You want quality, you have to splurge a bit ) |

Has anyone noticed that a site I made about a year ago was included as a "new" link on that site? (cooldemos.50g.com)
Miniuous, I'll be happy to hear your answer as to why you included a site that has NO working files? |

Hmm, OK, I guess I can lose the music.
>Has anyone noticed that a site I made about a year ago was included as a "new" link on that site? (cooldemos.50g.com) The "new" indicator does not indicate the newness of the site itself, only of the link, it is to show frequent visitors what links have been added recently.0 >Miniuous, I'll be happy to hear your answer as to why you included a site that has NO working files? Hm, doesn't it? It did last time I looked. The site of yours which has no working files was your "Amiga games" site, not the demos site. Get your facts straight. Although probably you have taken all the downloads off both of them by now. |

Please, Minuous.
Get a grip. I removed the files from that site about 9 months ago, after the server blocked any downloads greater than 512k - when I signed up they had a 3Mb filesize limit. I should have put a redirect on it then, but failed to do so. I was honestly interested in why you maintained it even after our previous encounters. All the games I had earlier are still there, and will remain for the forseeable future - even in the face of atttacks - and I will be restoring the PC demos section before long. I am looking for suggestions to fill a spare 50Mb of space if you have any ideas? |

OK, I'll remove the link.
Re. suggestions, that one is easy: HD-installed Amiga games are what's needed. |
