Blizzard A1240 (A1260) EPROM dump

Welcome!

Im looking for dump of a Blizzard A1240 card's eprom. My friend killed my old Blizzard card about 10 (or 15?) years ago, and i found it, and would like to fix. I already removed the 68040 cpu from (using industrial weller desoldering station), and the cpu is fine (my Quadra950 booted fine with), so try to locate the problem. Next step is measure the caps/voltages, check diodes and remove/check the content of the eprom. I do have professional equipment (except a scope), so no prob to remove/check parts.
