Not much to add to that. I am impressed by how it started: Jozsef Punk deciding to take a picture when a screen of Stalker is displayed and then DDNI notice it.

Got the .adf files which feature four versions from 0.18 to 0.64.
This game looks like it could have been great.
So far there isnt much in the game, but the mechanics are all there. The graphics and sound are crisp and atmospheric. It seems like the only things missing now are the game levels... I have been promised the full source code and support documentation too!

I will share these if and when I have got the green light.

Stay tuned!

I note that Mercury Projects were behind the unreleased game S.U.B http://hol.abime.net/2163

Cool stuff. It's great to see that someone (I'm assuming it's one of the developers on the picture) decides to get an Amiga again after having moved on 20 years ago already. Maybe he'll come around and decide to finish it now that he's got his nice new A1200 set up!

I am for the big EAB competition - whoever finishes the game will be honored. And we could even get several finished versions of the same game! It would be great.

So now I have the source code and a later version of the game. (sadly it has a Read/Write error. Can this be overcome?)
Jozsef has given permission for these to be shared publicly.
I will upload the adfs to the zone and provide the source code to anyone who wants it.
There have been no restrictions placed on the source code, but I assume referencing the original artist is an expectation.

If you mean that the .ADF image has an error, then I will try to repair it if you can upload it.

Thanks s2325, the broken disk seems to allow scrolling across screens too.
We will see if Prowler can fix it!

For now I don't know where are doors and lifts. I think it's nice mix of Robozone with Obliterator. I also think developers knew Clystron http://hol.abime.net/3622 One thing missing is way to dodge bullets.

No but at this stage it's not a problem as enemies can not fire.

I think they can fire and you can duck. Did you try 0.64?

Great work indeed! Greets to the Sheer luck team! :-)

And thanks to Joszef for the very kind contribution and a rescue of another piece of valuable work on Amiga.
