This worked here. (mobile)Twitter loaded without issue in IBrowse 2.4 after I installed AmiSSL 4.

I've had no issues unpacking the archive. I've download it directly from Aminet and unpacked it on my Amiga using Voodoo-X.

I know what you mean about unarc. I rarely use it nowadays because it tends to fail with a lot of new archives. But lha will always work fine.

Usually it works well on my system, I think it failed because in the archive there are too many small files (in the Certs folder)... fortunately Dopus doesn't suffer this issue.

Because it doesn`t help when you want to use AmiSSL 4 because of changed API. Both browser would need an update to use it.

Updated version of AmiSSL 4.2:
http://aminet.net/package/util/libs/AmiSSL-4.2 Version 4.2 (07.03.2018): --------------------------- - Updated OpenSSL backend to full compatibility to latest OpenSSL 1.1.0g (02.11.2017) version. - Updated root certificates to latest Mozilla-based bundle provided by https://curl.haxx.se/ca/ - Fixed https.c example cleanup code for non-OS4 targets (#18) - Reinstated AmigaOS multithreading support and semaphore protection, using the new thread API introduced in OpenSSL 1.1.0 (#17) - Include `ppcinline/macros.h` which contains all `LPXX()` macros to use the AmiSSL includes for MorphOS. - Minor improvements/fixes. |

Neither AWeb or iBrowse allows me to make a secure connection after installing. I still get the exact same messages. Ibrows says "amissl not installed or too old" and aweb tells me that I need amissl or miamissl in order to make secure connections.
The proper assigns have been entered into user-startup. Is there more to configure? |

How hard is it to compile openssh or openssl to Amiga classic? How much of the code did you have to change?
