Anyone got a retro gamer which includes Amiga?
I bought a retro pie could years ago for about £150 which included Amiga and games. I particularly like Blacklamp Gave it a try at Xmas and it's totally dead. Sd card is blank I want to replace with similar to include MAME games and Amiga I can find 100s but none mention Amiga Anyone managed to get one |

I thought that too as the mag is great but doesn't have much Amiga cerntric stuff which is surprising as I am sure the Amiga special mag they did was their best selling one ever (as it had to be reprinted due to being sold out).
But I think your talking about having Amiga games on an emulation system? If that's the case - I think you'll find that both adfs and WHDload files work - you just need to put them in the correct folder. |

I think you have a Raspberry with Retropie emulator. You have to download every Amiga ADF and WHDLoad and configure yourself for that emulator. |

Sounds to me like he wants a system, like a Anbernic (https://anbernic.com/) or Retroid Pocket (https://www.goretroid.com/) which has Amiga pre-installed. Better to set them up yourself and get AmigaVision or Damien Ds WinUAE collection, or Gamebase as Havie said...

That was some expensive Pie there.
Just get new card and reinstall RetroPie, or even better, Recalbox. If you don't want much learning and still want Amiga, get yourself Amiga MINI. I just got one for 100 USD week ago. https://www.amazon.co.uk/The-A500-Mi.../dp/B09BW8N7JZ |

This was a good Retro Gamer with the A1200 featured. If he means a retro system then THEA500 Mini is the obvious choice or the upcoming A600 GS if you hanker for the AmiStore ecosystem.

Title is a bit misleading, at first I thought he was asking about RG magazine.
Speaking of those, to the BigD's, there are few more that have articles about Amiga: https://issuu.com/roylazarovich/docs/retro_gamer_113 https://issuu.com/futurepublishing/docs/ret231.issuu (sample) https://archive.org/details/the-amig...evised-edition (collection of RG's Amiga articles) For simplicity, just get A500 mini, otherwise newer REtroPi with Batocera or Recalbox (no RetroPie) or MISTeR FPGA. (this one requires some knowledge to make it to work, but it is closest to real thing) |
