How to make an none standard resolution image

I was wondering which paint program that can make fx. a 200x200 pixel IFF image. I can only get them at standard resolutions in PPaint and deluxe paint.

Brialliance 2 can do that. However, I seriously doubt that DPaint and PPaint can't do this, so check those programs again, and strip search them for the right option (unless you tried just that, of course). If you haven't, all three of these programs will probably default to a size that's the same as the resolution that you selected (Brilliance certainly does), and you have to change the size afterwards.

been a while since i used Dpaint IV and V, but i vaguely recall being able to set a pixel size limit, or at least crop an image down to required size.

I'll take a look when i get up in about 9 hours time as i'm heading to bed now (2:34am here)

If you're happy using non-Amiga graphics tools then ProMotion will let you do most things. Not free software but nice.

As regards getting DPaint or PPaint to give you 200x200 pixel images, could you not draw that image on a standard screen resolution size and then just grab the 200x200 picture as a brush?

I tried out Brilliance 2 and found it easy to make a brush in a certain size
