What are the differences between this and WinUAE?

Well, for me the main difference between winuae and fs-uae is that with winuae i could clone my old A1200's setup and with fs-uae i couldn't (it rejects my dh0.hdf apparently due to "non-standard" geometry).

Yes it was some major blow, but only to the monopoly. It does not endanger windows' mere existence.
