Ask this cause I usually use only last official or newer beta for testing!
No, it was just a special test version.

Rule is: don't talk about winuae.7z unless requested in same thread.

Ok, but if so why your answer was: "Works again now."?! (There was a problem or not?)

Because it was shortest possible answer.

This off topic ends to this post.

I'm in a deadend.

With AmigaOS3.1, I have copied PC1: into PC3: change entry HiCyl=39 (instead 79) and set the unit to 3 in the icon.
In WinUAE, "Floppy drive" menu, DF3 5.25"SD
create custom disk forr 5.25"SD => 1028KB file.
PC-Task can format it as a 360K SD DF MSDOS.

But it seems to be unusable with the df2 set for the bridgeboard A: (40)
How to transform the 1028KB custom disk into a 360KB .img file ?

Not understand why you not use the standard PC disk image (*.img) size.

360KB/720KB
1.2MB/1.44MB

PC Bridge (80) support these formats.

Because I want to test 2088XT with 360KB disk and ABoot.ctrl
I don't have any .img PC disk image, only a 30MB hdd file in aboot format.

ABoot image should work without any disk images. You sure you have correct paths and janus settings?

Attach or upload you extended adf pc (any other raw format accepted too if it is normally accepted by WinUAE in any Amiga drive) image to the zone. I'd like to add support but I am too lazy to create images as usual..

Your comment was for Gilloo, right?
I do not know exactly what do mean with "extended adf pc".
If you want, I can upload a bootable disk image (DOS621.adf, 2.104.892 bytes) which is working on WinUAE and PC-Task 4.4

You didn't parse parenthesis correctly, it clearly says "extended adf pc image"

Any bootable dos mfm level image is fine, including extended adf.

And done.

http://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuae.7z supports extended adf pc disk images in PC Bridge drives. (Possibly ipf and fdi too, if those exists)

Note that writing only modifies in-memory image. In other words, writing appears to work from PC point of view but nothing gets written to original image file.

Very nice.

I uploaded 2 Hard disk images too which are working on PC-Task/PCx (HardFile0) for the Amiga and several PC emulators for the PC (*.img)

Someone forgot to say thank you! (so I will say it instead)

@Toni
Would that interest you if I said that there maybe some problem in the last unofficial winuae.7z? (I ask because I'm not sure whether it is contrary to one of the rules)

Just saying that they are normal HD images, nothing to do with MFM. (Labeled as MFM in the zone)

@AnnaWu thanks 360KB,
In fact .img can be done from the custom adf with the excellent tsgui http://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/tsgui . So I can boot the emulated 2088XT. but only a: and fantom drive b: are present...

@Toni
SYS:PC/system/PC.boot contains text strings concerning the aboot.ctrl file.
PC.boot seems to be 8088 code, certainly loaded at startup by the janus.library.
I have set run >NIL: SYS:PC/pcdisk in the startup-sequence just after the bindrivers command.
Perhaps the bios are not really 2088XT... don't know how to diagnose or debug that.
I will try to make an image with the minimum for you.

I expected to find a 8088@4,77MHz, it shows NECV20@10,4MHz and it is really more nervous than PC-Task.

@Toni (sorry it is in french, (french are crazy, but they own a lot of Amiga alive))
http://obligement.free.fr/articles/e...2088_a2000.php
Paste the section "Accès au disque dur" into google translate...
concerning INT 13H and PC.BOOT done in the shared memory.

Toni, any progress for the planned expansion sound card (AdLib or Sound Blaster) board emulation?
