Problem with VSync on 60hz laptop

i am running winuae on my laptop with windows xp sp2, which reports to have a screen sync rate of 60hz so on the display tab i have set winuae to 60hz ntsc, and fullscreen vsync, frameskip 0 etc.

but there is a frame jerk every say 1 second roughly, but when i switch the sound off it's gone, it's perfectly smooth, i've tried changing pretty much every setting in the display and sound options, and trying ntsc mode in chipset, but nothing will get it running without the jerk when i have the sound on

i have several emulators and am not getting this problem on other things and have tried pretty much every version of winuae up to current

my graphics is: intel graphics media accelerator for mobile, and sound is: realtek high definition audio

thanks in advance for any help
