Which program is this?

Does anyone know what program the attached icon belongs to? Judging by the font I should probably have used 1.3 colours when making the image, but I'm too lazy to redo it now.

i seem to remember octamed using a similar icon for songs.

it could also be a self playing med tune from a coverdisk.

Octamed was my first thought as well, but it uses a square with the text "MED song" or something. Coverdisk is a possibility though.

OMG i know it!

it's on the tip of my tongue. I had a demo for it. came on a coverdisk. floppy had orange top in the part advertising the music software.

lemmie head to AMR and find it.

it has Deluxe Music Construction Setby Electronic Arts.

Nice find, but unfortunately it's not the right one. The icon does have a picture of a staff though.
