Press the Pause icon twice to bring up the options screen, from where you can load/save games.

If your CD32 has a keyboard attached, pressing ESCAPE twice has the same function.

In the options screen, icons 7, 8 and 9 load, save and delete files respectively. When saving, you have the option to save current position to RAM (lost when CD32 is turned off) or position during last hyperspace to NVRAM. Vanilla CD32 can only store one save in NVRAM.

Delete: Click filename and press Green. Press Red to cancel deletion.

No way to connect a floppy drive to a standard CD32, afaik - the SX series of CD32 expansions do however provide this functionality.
