Amiga UKHQ up for grabs

Due to the lack of spare time i have, i can not soley run www.amiga.ukhq.co.uk

so i'm looking for someone to take it over from me, with a few small conditions:-

- i would remain founder and like a weekly/monthly update on things that are going on

- the site remains legal, and is kept updated at least once a week

- the site remains dedicated to the amiga

- you must be have a fairly good knowledge of site design and html (you'll need it to sort out the mess i've made)

- you are a uk resident, or be able to dial into a 0845 number

things you get:-

- complete control of the site, from advertising to general construction

- a site that has had over 30,000 hits in the past year

- any money recieved from advertising

- huge amounts of web space (although you can not use it for hosting)
