Commodities exchange save changes?
After watching pixel vixens video about commodities I realized I never have taken advantage of them so I dragged a few including exchange into wbstartup. Well I launched exchange to to deactivate a commodity (Fkeys) for a while and it didn’t aren’t to deactivate. In fact, I then proceeded to drag fkeys out of wbstartup and reboot, and low and behold the fkeys functions I set up were still working. So I am very confused about how commodities work now and their role in wbstartup.

A commodity is just a program. If you don't run it, it does not become active.
Make sure that you indeed moved the file out of the WBStartup drawer. If you use PFS3 as file system you have to wait five seconds before you reboot, otherwise the last changes won't be written. Where did you drag it to? If you dragged it to another drive, then it made a copy and did not move it. If you dragged it to the desktop then it did not move the file at all but only left out the icon. This means the file is in its original place, only the icon is shown on the desktop. |
