Scotland / Far Northern England Meetup?
Anyone interested in an Amiga meetup in southern Scotland or the far north of England? It seems there are a few people up this direction, perhaps we could arrange something for the new year? Ideally in the Glasgow or Edinburgh area, but I'm willing to travel. I'm not thinking of anything serious or regular, but a meeting for a few beers and some Sensible Soccer, maybe a bit of reminiscing and some other games sounds like fun.
Any interest? |

i'd be up for that. definitely if it was in Edinburgh. maybe if it was in Glasgow but it depends.
Would it be an EAB-specific meet up or just Amiga generally? because i know there are a lot of people at Edinburgh Hacklab are into Amigas. |

I could be up for that, I'm west of Glasgow but left all my Amiga gear north of Perth. Some beer and sensible soccer could soothe the pain.

 No, wasn't thinking EAB-specific, just Amiga specific, and nothing too formal.Next question so: Anyone know of a venue in Edinburgh where we could do this? I have my flat in Glasgow where I'd be happy to have some people drop in for SWOS and beer (actually did it recently with non-Amiga people and it went very well) but I don't know Edinburgh so wouldn't know where to start looking! |
