saving and loading game states - WHDLoad & gamebase Amiga

Hello,

I was wondering what the best way to save and load game states when using gamebase and WHDLoad games.

I understand there's a quicksave and load shortcut on shift+end+ (number pad number here) and have yet to try this out, but was wondering if it's possible to save a state with a filename so that a number of states per game can be saved and re-loaded?

Thanks!
