What do I need to know?
Never done that, you know...

Have a look here Shoonay : http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=...&postcount=284
This should get you started. mai is currently the one with the most 'how to rename' practise and PandMonium is the one to ask about general TOSEC questions. Then there bippy and idoru which are the specialists for Amiga stuff. So if you really wanna get started there are a bunch of guys around to help you (me included )

@TCD
You forgot to count DamienD, he is the one with knowledge about the use of
"clrmamepro".
You need this tool(CRC32 check), to know what is in TOSEC and what is not.
For my own, i never used this tool, i know how to do.

btw. I have few ADF's that are not in TOSEC collection for sure.
Indeed, sometimes you might think your help is not needed.
I think also a moderator could answer, if he got a pm.
If you dont got a reply, then i would think, my help is not needed.
Probably he simply forgot it.

Rakki I have now replied

My humble apologies, I guess I planned to reply, got distracted and then forgot

To join in renaming simply make a dat for the renamers to check so there's no duplicate files renamed

thanks , I'll snoop around. Have you added material that I sent to you? My HD have some finnish material (on ADF) that is not added in TOSEC. Well, their quality is kinda crappy but they still deserve be a part of TOSEC .
