You can format PC 720k floppies on your Miggy.
Then you should be able to save data onto them from your PC and read it back on your Miggy. You just need to mount PC0: Dave G |

I'm not in front of my Miggy at the moment - stuck at work
What OS are your running on the Miggy? I thought you could do it from the menu but you may need to open a shell and use the dos command... I'll check when I get home later - unless of course somebody beats me to it Dave G |

@lambrettadave
If worst comes to worst, I'm happy to put the files you need on a DD Amiga Disk and post it to you. Steve. |

I'm running OS3.9
When I select System/format I get a drop down box with all my drives listed. With PC0: mounted and a disk in the drive it is listed and I'm able to select 720k PC format. Are you sure PC0: is mounting correctly? And yes the Pcmcia kit is well worth the money Dave G |

It sounds like you're going to have to do it the old fashioned way then.
Open a shell window and type the following Format drive pc0: name PCDisc Dave G Edit: You also need these two files devs:mfm.device and L:CrossDosFileSystem Last edited by davideo; 20 October 2010 at 19:04. Reason: Extra info |
