same as Horror Zombies from the Crypt... great intro screen (and cutscenes between the levels) and only a "The End" sign when you exit a room??? without even a endgame boss, just a platform on which you have to survive the spirits...
disappointing, but i guess that is realistic, except that all the game mechanics and setting is completely paranormal... |

Well, the Beast games have probably been mentioned... the two first ones have terrible endings, just a silly screen with some text. At least the second one has a tune playing on that screen.
Dogs of War has a very bad ending. After you finally get through all the 12 long missions, all you get is some line... mission complete or something like that. |

Gods - because it didn't really...
...I think on one marathon session I went round all the worlds 7 times before cramp set in. Funny, these days I can't even get past the dragon boss at then end of the second world. |

Galahad has already mentioned the "FUCK YOU" message at the end of Cannon Fodder, but they also vandalised the "Virgin Publication" screen with a hidden message! Classic Sensible Software...

Just out of interest, does anyone remember "Hawkeye" on the C64?
Just the music alone made you feel you had accomplished something great, why didn't they do something better or at least as rewarding on the Amiga? Someone missed a trick there, that game could have been sooooo much better on the Miggy |

Agree with a lot on here, so sad that some of the best Amiga games, with great inroductions had the worst endings, i.e. Xenon 2, Syndicate & SOTB

Completed a month ago, Bubble n Squeak has a pretty poor ending, just a congratulation text, no final boss and no different endings from saving all the hidden animals and not...
disappointing, at least, it seems truncated, and it probably was |

Like most platformers on the Amiga really :/ I'm still mad about the Wonderboy one.

Starglider 2's ending is a bit underwhelming, with just a bit of congratulatory text (at 52 minutes in video):
