Football Masters...

Newbie here and drooling at the chance of finally getting Football Masters on the pc....

So, firstly I searched and it was uploaded onto the Zone a while back (along with the editor etc) could someone repost it??

Secondly, assuming this can happen I assume I download an emulator. How do I go about playing the game from there..

again - apols for seeming incredibly dumb but I am happy to grovel in order to get this download.

Finally is it true that there was an update, which kept the same game format but with up to date players?

Firstly, you can download the Football Masters game here, and the editor here. In fact you can find most Amiga games on this site (it's all in French but it's easy enough to work out).

As for emulators, maybe it would be a good idea to read the FAQ on emulation first. Feel free to ask any questions you may have though, we're a helpful bunch around here

I downloaded the games as well as WinUAE (which I bought online as per your link). All is good apart from the pop-up I get saying that I need access to KS-ROM 1.3. I checked out the link about installing and clicked on the path button (it's illustrated under section 7 in the install) but the ROM options I get aren't anything like the one in the "how to" section.

any ideas???

I'm assuming by "bought" you mean you purchased the Amiga Forever package?

yep - I bought it and installed it. Just trying to get my head around it - essentially I have both football masters and the editor from the link you supplied. The only problem is that I can't play them..lol...frustating.

I don't have any experience of Amiga Forever myself so I'm not sure how the ROM files are named (I'm sure it's been discussed on EAB before and it's something to do with the file names? Not sure). Whatever the problem is though I'm sure there are plenty of people who can help out with this one...
