Booting from PCMCIA to MMC, CF... as HD
Well, i s possible too boot of a pcmcia to cf, or mmc or the selected card(assuming it's a converter of multiple types of cards), as if it were a hard disk?. Could be it possible? I have heard about a ide to cf adapter fitted internally, but the pcmcia port likes more to me.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!!!!! |

You need an IDE to CF adapter rather than a PCMCIA adapter to boot from CF.
I am sure you could create a VERY small bootloader on a floppy to switch over to a PCMCIA CF adapter, with all the relevant drivers. |
