Thanks for the upload Graham.

No joy though.. not enough memory on the 600 (KS3.1 / WB3.1 / CFHD / 1mb memory card) with preload deleted.

Never mind, I'll have to use the floppy version.

Thanks for trying KG.

Or at least some more people have the sourcecode so it won't get lost forever.

I seem to remember the player's frog didn't appear when setpatch had been run.
To get Croak2 to work correctly I had to choose to boot without startup-sequence and start Croak2 from the CLI.

@ Spellcoder / JOTD - any chance of providing this sourcecode to myself and/or BippyM ?

Well I have a half finished slave.. Need to add the timing and shit, but I'm still working on the code as It's C looks not too clever in resource

I might have the main loop so will drop some timing in there somewhere, then train it *ahem, then change the highscore saving and remove the quit option and use whdload's quit option and then maybe package it up

Watch this space

Attached is another beta, hopefully with in game timing fixed.. Can a few of you test on differing systems and setups please?

Can I just bypass the FPU check seeing as it doesn't actually need it anyway?

Croak Beta 21 July 08

Was custom1=1 tooltype set?

There was an issue with one slave that caused that error when the frog died!

Can others try this please. Custom1=1 is a lives trainer.

I need to know the timing fix works across machines, then i'll implement the other stuff (proper quit key, other trainers and highscore load/save)

Just tried it, works and is very playable on my '040, some of the graphics are slightly flickery on occasion but nothing major.

Thank you StingRay! I was only intrested in Croak 2 because Croak 1 is too fast on AGA but it says you fixed them for this so now I will be able to enjoy this too. Great work.

StingRay, what version did you use to test? Are you able to zone it please? The version I tried is unsupported.

The link to the game can be found in the readme of the patch. I have used this image from the author's website.
