. One little thing I marked: the 'Quit' option doesn't work (doesn't quit to WB) but quitkey ofcourse works

Hey everyone,
Found a nice ingame money cheat for Street Rod and Street Rod 2.

Buy any car or buy the cheapest one if your just starting off and try to sell it for the same price you bought it for.
They will offer a lower price. Refuse it, then try it again. They will offer a higher price. Refuse it, then sell the car for $22,001.

You can do this as many times as you like and build up a nice bit of money!

Yes, I noticed that too.

I have updated the patch to support the in-game quit option too, should be available on the WHDLoad site soon.

I agree. That's why I deliberately did not any trainers. Any trainer/cheat spoils the game in my opinion. And it's not a very hard game anyway.

I have made a patch for Street Rod 2 too, it should be available on the WHDLoad site this evening.

Cool! Never completed SR II due to its low framerate (awfully slow!). But maybe it's now a different story.

I'm afraid it will be still quite slow, it looks like they released a debug build, there are lots of debug routines in it which slow the game down. It's not as good as the original Street Rod anyway in my opinion.

Slow or not, it's still awesome you did a patch.

Street Rod 2 was the first in the series I played back in the day so I have very fond memories of this game.
Btw, Street Rod 1 slave is flawless, I completed the game from scratch yesterday with no problems at all.
