Magix has changed it to a FTP.
You can use this http://filezilla-project.org/ to access it now Code: Server: ftp.magix.ws Regular Account Username: ftp[at]magix.ws Password: ftp[at]magix.ws Uploader Account Username: eabftp[at]magix.ws Password: Upl0ad3r Port: 21 SFTP Port: 2222 Please, replace [at] with @ PS: The old web based File Server will be shut down next month. |

http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client Then if you just want to do a quick connect, "host" should be filled with the address given as "server:" in the first post of the thread. "Username" and "password" according to what you want to do (download or upload). "Port" should be filled with "port", unless you do a secured connection in which case you will use the "SFTP" value (don't bother with that if you don't know what it means). Otherwise, for a more permanent solution (if you use a lot of FTPs, but apparently that is not the case) you can go to File -> Site Manager and fill the details in (should be obvious, but if need be I guess I could take a snapshot to show you how to fill). |

ftp
For what it's worth I spent a good bit of time trying to
get on via IE--no go. I'm on now no problems with Firefox. The Firefox browser seems able to handle it fine. |

It's a shame the web based interface goes down. I'd like to have a search engine for what is in there, specially for The Zone uploads :/

With FileZilla you can search on the FTP. Just press F3 and enter the search criteria.

This is a fantastic resource. Was previously using the web-based version, I thought it was still ok and searched faster than FTP? Excellent to find games with Trainers (so I can complete them! :P)

The search timed out when you tried to search from the 'root'. You couldn't queue files or download complete folders. It was changed because the hosting has changed and now read only FTP accounts are possible. I hope you can see that the HTML version was only a temporary solution.
