Music Requests

Not all games have good intros or intros at-all for that matter, but a few have really good music (whether it be title music, ingame or both).

So I am planning to hopefully include a music gallery, this will consist of screenshots to a particular game being shown whilst music is played in the background!

So request your music here, it doesn't have to be just game music, any decent mods or music that has been created with music could be included (Though only Game music on the Game DVDs)

Not sure. The only answer I could get was over at Exotica where K just said s/he just hasn't got around to it yet.

Er, I assumed you wanted the modules, not captured audio, but I have a feeling you just want captured audio...

If the mosules exist, then I'll convert them if possible, if not I'll capture the audio directly at 48000hz and the wav output feature

I've done a rework of the original Captive 2:Liberation Theme. I've played around with the timing so it won't slot back into the anim anymore, but I always wanted to do a version which realised my original thoughts for the soundtrack...

Without the AGA 31KHz mode thing (i.e. in normal mode, like all games), the maximum Amiga output sample rate is just over 28KHz. You'd be better off saving the space and sampling at 32KHz.

It's due to the DVD format only allowing 48khz.. I'd simply have to resample at 48khz if I ripped at 32khz anyway!

If anyone's interested, I took the music from Dune 1, 2 and Dune 2000 and (chronologically) edited it all into just one MP3 of 12-13 minutes in length.
