Play it safe game

This was an education game which would teach kids dangers in the house and in the street and cars etc so for example it would show a plug with a screwdriver inside and you'd have to click on it to say it was dangerous.
Any one come across this before

Nope sorry for the late reply, no it wasn't this game it would litterally show different scenes like in a kitchen, garden, car, all sorts and it was brilliant for teaching safety
