It's not a question between "old" or "new" production, but just between "i like" and "i don't like"

Master Blaster (Jungle Command), Fred (Ackerlight), Banana (TEK.. for the love of mod.echoing), SLL (Kefrens)... there are/were so many great composers out there.

Easy choice for me..

Dizzy/CNCD. Complex, jazzy, funky, technically skilled, interesting and bloody catchy at the same time. Incredible musician.

Honourable mentions: Heatbeat, Bruno and the Maniacs of Noise guys.

Di33y did some of the music for the recently released Smarty And The Nasty Gluttons; the one with the jazz sax i suspect to be one of those; i did compete with him in 1993,1994 and 1995 editions of Pixel Art Expo, and i felt like he was light years ahead of me both in composition and sound design

Ah yes, I've been playing Smarty the last few days and the soundtrack is definitely a highpoint for me. Di33y and Heatbeat on the same soundtrack? Yes please.

Im sure you're just hard on yourself. Do you have your mods up somewhere to listen?
