Significance of the Amiga Boing ball in this 3dTV Kinect video?
Saw this on Wimp.com, anyone know if there is an amiga history with the video creators?

Actually that teapot is Martin Newell's "Utah Teapot" from the mid 70's, probably the most used 3D test object ever.
I recognize the cow mesh since early versions of Imagine, but I think it originates from somewhere else outside the Amiga as it was only available as a plain and collapsed mesh, that is, there was no additional texture-, color-, animation- or model information that you would expect to find in an original model. It's probably more related to the Stanford Bunny model than the Amiga. |
