A500+ with Viper 520CD, how to add more fast ram?
I have A500+ with 2MB chip and Viper 520CD with 8MB fast.
The Viper memory appears from 200000 to A00000. Is there a way to add more fast ram through another ram card? Last edited by JanciB; 03 May 2015 at 15:43. |

That's the max a 68EC020 can address.

You must remember that the custom chips, roms and other hw eat up some of that 16MB. Look at the memory map.

There might be some tiny memory hole in the map to use but needs special tricks to get it available - 0.5 MB or something like. No way to 4 MB.
