Amibay registration issues

Hi all. Tried to register at amibay and got an email saying there was an error with my registration and my account is showing as banned. I've emailed the admin with no response. Is anyone on here able to give me a hand? My account there has the same name.

It sounds like you've been caught out with the security system.
