Can't find option to select monitor

Since updating to Windows 10, WinUAE is putting my OS4.1 Classic setup on the Primary monitor. I figure it's just some registry change in the monitor IDs or something like that. I know there's two spots to change. One for Native and one for RTG. Unless something has changed recently in WinUAE, then I must be going blind! Where's the option to select the monitor? I can select it for Native resolutions in "Display", but soon as OS4.1 finishes booting up and switches to Picasso IV, it opens up on my primary monitor.

Try RTG Board on the beta version and display (at the top (screen)) in 3.1.

The option in the Display tab isn't for RTG. I grabbed the beta and found it in RTG Board like you suggested. I guess it was accidentally removed in 3.1.0? It used to be in Expansions I think.
