Has anyone played this?

UFO Extraterrestrials
http://www.ufo-extraterrestrials.com

Looks like a complete (but modern) clone of UFO: Enemy Unknown for Windows. I was reading that its so close that there were legal grumblings from the XCOM people. Is this the game I've been waiting for since 1994?

There is also the UFO:Aftermath series (Aftermath, Aftershock, Afterlight) which say they're RTS but can be played turn based as well.
