Changes coming soon.. I replaced TAP-driver with winpcap because it is much simpler and easier for users, just install and you are done.

I'm interest to use Envoy in WinUAE (AmigaOS3.9) to connect it with other Amiga computers.
Is It now full usable ?

I haven't tested but any hardware emulated NIC (A2065 etc..) in WinPCAP mode should work.

yes It's very old

Using Win10 Pro and Win8.1 Pro, Do I need to install this one https://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm for the NIC ethernet onboard ?

Yeah. Windows 10 may require this version http://www.win10pcap.org/

I also recommend using latest WinUAE 3.4 beta because it uses separate fake MAC address instead of using physical NIC MAC which only confuses Windows and your router unless you had separate NIC only for WinUAE use.

I'm very interested because I'd like to do a WinUAE Envoy depoat server for Amiga hosts in LAN.
