Joystick on Mac
HI all..
Can analog joysticks work with a USB port ? Looking at trying to get my hands on one of my favourite joysticks for use with FS-UAE:- http://www.romankiste.de/basar/commodore/joy-11.gif or is it better to get go for a regular joystick from this century ? |

There are a few ways of getting old joysticks working. You can ether get one of the Mega drive / Genesis joypad adapters (easy option but requires the 5v pin swapping for some auto fire circuits) or get a cheap USB pad and swap the internals. There are quite a few other adaptors available
Modern joysticks in my opinion are just not as good. They don't have the same feel to them. |
