[prowiz] - Promizer 2.0 has a pb

Hi Toni,

In another thread at EAB, someone pointed out a pb for the Promizer 2.0 converted in Prowizard. I've fixed it and wonder how to submit this lone file. So I try here. Just overwrite the existing file in the 'prowizard/rippers' directory.
Please tell me if it's not OK to proceed that way

Samely, a problem was discovered in the Promizer 1.8a converter. Would you mind updating the file, please ? (same dir)

ok, I made a mistake in the PM20 depacker. the depacker would loop infinitely all the time. Sorry about that.
Please use the attached file to fix that.

All right, another missed step, here. Promizer 2.0 stores unused patterns ... I didn't convert them back in this "new" version, leading to corrupted converted protracker, in these cases.
I'm sorry about the mess. Somehow, I didn't have a protracker file with unused pattern in my test set ... .
This version fixes that by storing these patterns and by generating correctly the patternlist.

Done but I think you should delete the older attachment to prevent confusion.
