Hi, I tested here and get the same result (stuttering mouse cursor, etc). I just didn't notice when I fired up P96 before releasing 2.1.19. It must have something to do with the improved support for PAL <-> NTSC mode switches. When this was implemented in .19, I also removed an old hack where I masked out BEAMCON0 bit 5 when RTG graphics card was enabled (to prevent the RTG driver from switching to NTSC / 60 Hz mode).

I don't know exactly what the problem is now, but I'll investigate further.

I have fixed it, so it should work fine in the upcoming 2.1.20
